New Delhi May 8: Hero Realty, the real estate arm of Hero Enterprise, has secured a ₹1,200 crore debt facility from IndusInd Bank to support its growth and expansion plans. The transaction was facilitated by Rezonance Consultants and reflects strong lender confidence in Hero Realty’s portfolio quality, governance standards, and execution capabilities. The funding will further strengthen the company’s balance sheet while providing long-term capital visibility for its ongoing and upcoming residential developments.
