Dec 11: As part of the 2025 Local Body Elections, KFON has enabled temporary leased connections via Keltron for the civil stations in Idukki, Wayanad, and Kasaragod.
The uninterrupted internet connectivity at the civil stations has enabled the smooth execution of all election-related operations. It has also facilitated real-time, efficient, and transparent transmission of information to the monitoring rooms. KFON’s strong network backbone has ensured seamless and efficient coordination at every phase of the election.
KFON is committed to providing reliable digital infrastructure to government institutions,” said Dr Santhosh Babu IAS (Retd.), Managing Director, KFON. “By ensuring dedicated connectivity at the civil stations, our aim is to facilitate uninterrupted election-related operations and enhance administrative efficiency.”
KFON will continue to provide connectivity in the respective districts until the day of the election results.
