India, Oct 06: BULLET Microdrama, the platform backed by ZEE Entertainment Enterprises Ltd., is expanding its content slate with the rollout of 100+ AI-powered microdramas, with Do Deewane aur Ashiqui as the first title to go live. The initiative brings together BULLET’s production partners and Trinetra AI - India’s first one of its kind AI-native filmmaking and content intelligence platform to build a larger pipeline of short-form, vertical and creator-driven stories for mobile-first audiences. The slate builds on BULLET’s focus on scaling the microdrama format while giving creators greater flexibility to experiment with new narratives, genres and story worlds.

The story of Do Deewane Aashiqui follows Aditya, a young man who despises the wealthy after a powerful family causes his brother’s life to unravel. He falls for Ruhi, unaware that she is the daughter of the very businessman he holds responsible. As Ruhi hides her identity, their love grows, but when Aditya discovers the truth, he must choose between his love for her and his deep-rooted hatred for the world she comes from.

To bring the wider slate of 100+ titles to audiences, BULLET Microdrama has partnered with multiple creative agencies like The Dosa Studios, The Filmy Musketeers Studio, FrameFry Studios, De Works Communications, SQB Pictures, Rajtaru Studio Limited and JVD Films. The partnership includes microdramas being developed end-to-end using BULLET’s Trinetra AI platform. The platform supports creators across multiple stages of the filmmaking process, from story development and visualisation to production.

Trinetra AI’s script intelligence arm, Trishul, evaluates scripts across 100+ parameters to identify story strength and regional fit, while Rudra, the neural narrative generation engine supports storyboarding, character and universe creation, shot breakdown and video generation. Its audio orchestration model, Damrooh, takes care of dialect-accurate dialogues and background music.

The slate also explores story worlds and genres that can be complex or expensive to execute through conventional production. Set against distinctive backdrops, including underwater and superhero universes, these titles demonstrate the creative range of AI-enabled production across different storytelling environments.

For a format built around 60–100 high-hook episodes, AI enables greater production speed and scale while giving creators more room to experiment with stories, worlds and formats. It also expands the ecosystem to AI artists and creative talent beyond traditional production hubs, with BULLET positioning AI as a complement to, rather than a replacement for live-action production.

Azim Lalani, Co-Founder & Chief Business Officer, BULLET Microdrama, said,

“AI is beginning to change the economics of content, not simply by making production cheaper, but by changing how BULLET Microdrama decides where to place its bets. There is immense opportunity in building a tighter feedback loop between what is written, what is produced and what audiences actually respond to. For microdrama, where creators are constantly testing new narratives and formats, this marks a shift from learning afterwards to learning faster and making sharper choices. Over time, I believe this will change how content is developed, how portfolios are built, how IP is created and how value is generated in the microdrama space.”

Saurabh Kushwah, Co-Founder & Chief Technology and Product Officer, BULLET Microdrama, said,

“What is significant about this phase is that AI is moving from being an individual creative tool to becoming an intelligence layer across the filmmaking process. Trinetra AI is a completely indigenous, first-of-its-kind, end-to-end AI-native filmmaking platform that brings story intelligence, visual creation and production into one workflow. It allows creators to focus on the creative decisions that matter while improving speed, scale and efficiency. For BULLET, this opens up new possibilities in how stories are developed, produced and brought to audiences.”

With Do Deewane aur Ashiqui marking the first release from this new slate, BULLET will continue to build out its 100+ AI-powered microdrama portfolio, bringing together production partners, creators and Trinetra AI’s filmmaking capabilities to expand the scale and creative possibilities of the format.
