The company's Chennai portfolio includes Olympia Teknos and UV IPL in Guindy, and Ceebros Chambers on Velachery Main Road.
The Chennai expansion marks UrbanVault's entry into its seventh city, taking its national portfolio to more than 3 million sq. ft. across 80+ centres. The company expects its annual revenue to cross ₹350 crore in FY27, supported by continued expansion across major business markets and growing demand for managed and flexible workspaces.
UrbanVault's expansion strategy has been to establish an initial presence in a market, assess demand and scale rapidly once market potential is validated. The company is following a similar approach in Chennai, where its third property, Ceebros Chambers, spanning ~50,000 sq. ft., is already nearly four times the size of its first location.

Located in one of Chennai's prominent Grade-A technology parks, Olympia Teknos comprises the entire fifth floor, spanning approximately 15,000 sq. ft. The location offers connectivity to Chennai International Airport and key commercial districts.

UrbanVault's largest Chennai property, Ceebros Chambers, spans approximately 50,000+ sq. ft. across S+4 floors with a terrace cafeteria. Located along the Velachery Main Road commercial corridor, the Grade-A office building can accommodate up to 1,200 seats.
The centre features bright interiors, glass-partitioned offices, a hospitality-inspired reception and dedicated gaming and recreational spaces, combining functional workplace infrastructure with employee-focused amenities.
