With over 15 years of experience in human resources and talent management, Anshuman Ghoshal serves as the Director of People & Culture at Novotel Pune Nagar Road.
Anshuman brings extensive experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, statutory compliance, and employee relations. His professional experience spans the hospitality, automotive, technology, and business process management sectors.
Prior to his current role, Anshuman served as Director of People & Culture at Novotel Imagicaa Khopoli and Manager – Talent & Culture at Novotel Kolkata Hotel and Residences, where he worked for over seven years.
At Novotel Pune Nagar Road, Anshuman oversees key human resource functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, employee welfare, and statutory compliance. His focus remains on fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting employee growth and development.
