Dec 19:- Raffles Udaipur marked the beginning of the festive season with an intimate Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony at The Great Hall, bringing together heartists, members of the local community, families, and young guests for an evening shaped by care, craftsmanship, and conscious celebration.
At the centre of the gathering stood a Christmas tree designed and created entirely in-house by the resort’s Engineering, Housekeeping, and Culinary teams. Crafted using wood logs sourced from within the estate and adorned with traditional wooden handicrafts, the installation reflected a mindful approach to festive décor, with sustainability guiding every choice. Even the festive cookies placed on the tree were prepared by the culinary team, reinforcing a sense of intention and shared effort.
The evening opened with a welcome that set the tone for the celebration, sharing the story behind the tree and the collective spirit that brought it to life. Each element represented the people of Raffles Udaipur through collaboration across departments, respect for resources, and a belief that celebrations hold greater meaning when created with care.
Adding to the warmth of the evening, Santa Claus made a special appearance, bringing moments of delight and festive cheer, particularly for the young guests gathered in the hall.
