Chapter 4 of Be Good ForYou Brings Together Wellness and Music for a Life-Changing Celebration

New Delhi, India – March 3, 2025 – The fourth edition of Be Good #ForYou, India’s premier wellness festival, was a resounding success, bringing together an incredible lineup of wellness experts, musicians, and thought leaders at Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium, India Gate, New Delhi.

Attended by over 5,000 people, the festival celebrated holistic well-being, conscious living, and self-care, offering a blend of wellness workshops, transformative discussions, and soul-stirring musical performances.

At the heart of this movement is Poonam Lal, the driving force behind Be Good Tribe. Speaking about the festival, she said, “Be Good #ForYou is not just an event—it’s a movement. The day kicked off with Mini Shastri’s “Sacred Stretch” session, followed by Geet Taneja’s acupressure techniques in “Tap the Right Points,” and Bharat Thakur’s rejuvenating Artistic Yoga. Movement specialist Dweety Dutta energized the audience with “Jah Moves,” while Adnaan Khan’s “Healing Paws” session showcased the power of therapy dogs in emotional well-being.

In an insightful cross-generational discussion, Priti Srivastava, Radhika Verma, and Dr. Sandeep Vohra explored the importance of mental wellness across different life stages, shedding light on self-awareness, healing, and emotional resilience.

The festival’s keynote speaker, Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswati Ji, inspired the audience with her powerful talk, “Mindfulness in Action: Harnessing Inner Awareness for Everyday Wellness.” She emphasized, “True well-being is found in the present moment. When we awaken our inner awareness, we create a life of peace, purpose, and fulfillment.”

One of the festival’s most engaging sessions was a candid conversation between actor & dancer Shantanu Maheshwari and global music artist Nahko Bear, moderated by Yamini Singh.
