For a more sophisticated flavour, the “Prince of Bombay” gives a royally presented gin cocktail flavoured with cucumber, elderflower, and mint, which makes a light, fragrant cocktail feel deceptively refreshing. Crank up the voltage with the “LIIT Fruit Spritzer”, a voltage-twisted take on the timeless Long Island, mixing gin, vodka, tequila, scotch, and rum with elderflower, lemonade, and fresh seasonal fruits for a fizzy, fruit-laden ride. “The Tropical Sundowner” combines vodka, orange, and lime, topped with ginger ale to produce a light, tropical drink ideal for balmy summer evenings. Completing the menu is the “Watermelon Gin Cooler”, in which sweet watermelon is paired with gin, basil, and a touch of tonic—sharp, cold, and devilishly drinkable. All the drinks are priced at just Rs 555.
