Thoughtfully crafted by Mamagoto’s Brand Chef, Chef Siddharth, the new menu is inspired by his immersive journey through Thailand’s rich street food culture. With over 20 years of expertise in Pan-Asian cuisine, Chef Siddharth brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep passion for authentic flavors to Mamagoto’s kitchens. His culinary journey spans wok, dim sum, sushi, ramen, and robata, developed through early years working alongside Chinese, Thai, and Indonesian chefs. An alumnus of IHM Chennai, Chef Siddharth’s career includes roles at esteemed establishments like Oriental Octopus (India Habitat Centre), The Noodle House(Jumeirah – UAE), The Monk (Galaxy Hotel), Wok Tok (The Grand Hotel), Asia Alive (DoubleTree by Hilton), and Ni Hao (Radisson hotel). His approach combines traditional methods with modern influences, ensuring a dining experience that is both innovative and true to its roots.

The Thai menu boasts a selection of exclusive, must-try dishes. Start with the Kiao Naam (Kai), a Thai clear wonton soup with herbs and flat rice noodles, or the Yam Koong Takrai Sord,  freshening prawns, and grapefruit salad with lemongrass. For a crispy and flavorful bite, try these Khawphod, a coconut-flavored corn cake served with Thai chili jam. Savour the Kung
