Mohali, Punjab, 6th December 2024: Ambuja Cements supports Zirakpur-based Mr. Baljinder Singh to become a contractor with residential, commercial, and industrial projects in the Chandigarh Tricity area. Mr. Baljinder started his career at 19 by learning civil work from a builder in Zirakpur, Mohali. Five years later, he moved to the UAE to learn modern construction techniques but had to return to India shortly after a personal loss. Driven to complete his training, he started attending Ambuja Cements’ technical meetings and workshops. As a result of this knowledge, he has become a renowned contractor with at least 9-10 ongoing projects across Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula at any time.
Mr. Baljinder has developed a good understanding of the client requirements in the Chandigarh Tricity area, who wants a mix of traditional approaches with modern construction techniques. He has also enabled his team of 40 masons to attend the technical workshops, using Ambuja Cements’ technical services best.
